How to register your hotel

Register online and benefit

You also can register your hotel by fax or by mail. Just download the Participating Agreement and send it:
  • by fax  to +41 (0)43 556 82 20.

Participation terms and conditions

  • The hotel shall reserve at least one room respectively for holders of a Hotelcard 180 days per year. The hotel shall offer these rooms to the guest at half-price (50%). These contingents may be chosen and managed by the hotel itself.
  • The guest may book a maximum of three successive nights with the Hotelcard. The hotel may request the normal price for any additional nights.
  • The hotel is responsible for the quality of Hotelcard’s services offered and for the correct administrative and financial processing of Hotelcard transactions for the card holder.
  • The hotel shall adhere to the hygienic directives, have good cuisine, friendly receptionists, a pleasant atmosphere and an attractive price/value ratio.
  • Hotels which accept credit cards shall also accept them from Hotelcard’s customers.
  • The hotel shall not make the offering of this price advantage subject to its own special terms and conditions.
  • The hotel shall offer Hotelcard’s customers the same service as other guests.
  • The hotel shall only then be entitled to offer the guest the aforementioned advantages if he is in possession of a valid Hotelcard
