The www.hotelcard.com Internet portal provides information about the hotels and rooms available, updated on a daily basis.

Here's how to order your Hotelcard

Order online and choose from 7 different payment methods. Order by fax and pay per invoice. Order by phone (local tarif from Switzerland) and pay per invoice. After paying for your Hotelcard you will receive an email with a temporary card as a PDF attachment. This temporary card is valid immediately. A few days after your order you'll recieve your personal Hotelcard with a credit card format.

Here's how to use your Hotelcard

Select the hotel of your choice at www.hotelcard.com and check that it has vacancies on the desired dates. Following this, make a reservation by contact form, phone or email directly with the hotel. Please mention that you hold a valid Hotelcard when making your booking. Display your Hotelcard at the hotel's reception desk when you check in.

No additional reservation or booking fees No claim for more than three nights in a row Information about prices and availability at www.hotelcard.com shall be based upon the information provided by the hotel. Hotelcard AG shall not be liable for the content and correctness of the information. The Hotelcard is a subscription. It shall automatically be extended by further 12 months upon expiry insofar as the Hotelcard holder does not terminate the subscription in writing by a letter or an e-mail to Hotelcard AG at the latest 30 days before the date of expiry. Discount codes for the reduced price purchase of a Hotelcard are only valid for new customers and cannot be used to extend an existing subscription.
